Request deletion of your Wardscore account and associated data.
This page explains how to request deletion of your Wardscore account and associated data, in line with Google Play requirements.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Wardscore account:
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Subject: Wardscore Account Deletion Request
- In your message, please include:
- the email address associated with your Wardscore account
- (optional) any helpful info to identify your account (e.g., sign-in method: email/password or Google)
To prevent unauthorized deletions, we may ask for a minimal identity verification. You have to send the request through your email address associated with your Wardscore account.
Processing time
We generally process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data we delete
Once your request is validated, we delete data associated with your account, including:
- Account data
- email address
- authentication credentials (e.g., hashed password)
- user identifier
- Google sign-in (OAuth)
- OAuth identifier / technical information used to link your account to Google (depending on the data available)
This data is stored in our backend (PostgreSQL) and is deleted as part of the account deletion process.
Data we may retain
In some cases, we may retain limited data for a defined period to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, or fraud prevention, such as:
- technical and security logs required to protect our services
- records needed to comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms
Where retention is necessary, we keep the data only for as long as required for the stated purpose.
